If you are new to town, welcome! If you are returning to the City, welcome back! To open an account, please complete the Application (PDF) which will be for water, sewer, garbage, and recycling. Once completed applications may be submitted to our office in person, mail, fax, or by email.
Accounts must be closed in person. Customer may request closing of an account by coming in to the Business Office.
If your service has been disconnected for non-payment and you would like to have services restored after the close of business at 5 p.m., all payments must be made at the City of Schertz YMCA Water Billing Kiosk Center.
Payment will need to be made by cash, Mastercard, or Visa.
Should you wish to set up your account for an automatic bank draft or credit/debit card draft, please complete and submit the Authorization for Automatic Bill Payment / Draft Form (PDF).
Leaks or Line Breaks
Should you experience an unexpected water leak or line break, we will consider an adjustment to your bill after repairs have been made. Please complete the Request for Water Leak Adjustment Form (PDF).
