Council on the Go Meeting April 18 at Cibolo Valley Elementary School

There will be a Council On The Go meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at the Cibolo Valley Elementary School in the cafeteria.

The meeting will start at 6:30 PM with a staff meet and greet and will be followed by presentations and a “questions & answers” session.

Residents will have the opportunity to learn about progress on a number of topics and issues relevant to where they live – at a venue near their home.

Agenda topics to be addressed:

-Infrastructure (Streets & Waterlines), PCI, Roadway Stewardship Philosophy

-Updates regarding FM 1103 road improvements

-Updates regarding development in the area, including the Homestead project at Schwab Road and IH 35, and The Parklands at Eckhardt Road and Comal ISD Middle School #6

The Council On the Go meeting initiative started February 16,2016 at the City’s North Center in the Northcliffe area. The concept of the meetings was to enhance City Council’s community outreach by hosting quarterly town hall-style meetings in nearby neighborhoods that address area- specific subjects.

The goal is to offer residents a closer, more accessible and convenient venue to interact with City Council and City Staff periodically.
