National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Family & Friends Mental Health Workshop

Saturday, April 29, 2023

Join us Saturday, April 29th from 1:00-5:00 PM in Meeting Room 1 for a free 4 hour seminar that informs and supports people who have loved ones with a mental health condition. This seminar is also open to the public to learn more about mental health. Participants will leave with a booklet, which includes all the seminar leader’s information presented that day. Participants learn about diagnoses, treatment, recovery, communication strategies, crisis preparation and other NAMI resources. Seminar leaders have personal experience with mental health conditions in their own families.
