First 50 Pages on Us (Free)

After that we will charge our regular fee of:

  • $0.15 per page for Black & White
  • $0.50 per page for Color

We will add this fee to your library card account and you can pay online or via telephone, (210) 619-1700!

Print jobs that are larger than 8.5" by 11" are the same price as 2 copies.

How to Send Your Prints

1. Via our Wireless Printing you can choose to upload your print job via on of the following methods:

  • Web Portal Method
  • Email Address Method
  • Mobile App Method

2. Wait until your print job shows as "processed" and follow the next steps.

Please note that our system only holds prints for 24 hours. If you cannot come to pick up your prints within 24 hours, you will have to resubmit your print job.

Next Steps-Picking up Your Prints

  • After your print job shows up as processed, you can pick up your prints during the library’s curbside hours, Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • When you arrive, call the library at (210) 619-1700 and provide the email address you sent the print job from and your library card number. Library staff will add any applicable charges to your account and you can proceed making a payment online or via telephone.
  • Library staff will then print your file and bring it out to the table at the front entrance in a bag with your name on it. Please stay in your vehicle until staff has re-entered the building.

Types of Files You Can Print

Our service covers these common file types:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Adobe PDF, Foxit PDF
  • JPEG, PNG, BMP

Don’t see your file type? Save your current file to one of the types above. Example: Save a Google Doc as a PDF, or save a Mac Numbers file as an Excel file.
