Administers
the Unified Development Code (UDC), Comprehensive Land
Plan, Overlay Districts, Annexation, urban planning policy
programs, prepare and implement planning-related policy
and assist with FEMA Hazard Mitigation.
Assists the public and the development customer as well as
internal customer with land use process and policy. To
provide professional staff analysis, recommendation, and
support to the Planning and Zoning Commission, Board of
Adjustment, ad hoc ordinance review committees, the City
Manager's Office, the City Secretary's Office, and the
City
Council. |
