community with forward-looking city leadership and management,

and shape its future. Aggressive economic development initiatives
and a proactive approach to growth management sets the

Partly fueled by San Antonio's tremendous growth and its
strategic location along the IH 35 and IH 10 corridors,
the City of Schertz seeks to create a welcoming and open
place to conduct business. Schertz's economic prosperity
is partly attributable to its diverse economic base and this

community its notable character. Nearly one third of the
civilian adult population in Schertz is a veteran, and the
