Established in 1997, the Schertz Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) promotes and maintains a high-quality environment in which businesses can form, establish and expand along one of the fastest growing corridors in the United States. The SEDC's mission is to attract new investment, new businesses, and new residents that proudly call Schertz home.
From its genesis as the Schertz Business Club in the early 1970s, The Chamber continues to be the catalyst for business and community alike. Schertz, Cibolo and Selma area members benefit from The Chamber's advocacy, educational programs, marketing resources and networking opportunities.
