Walk-In Tech Help

Walk-In Tech Help is available on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 pm in Meeting Room 1 (first door on the right as soon as you walk into the library building). Please verify on our online calendar or call us prior to your visit, as program information may change. Bring your devices and/or technology questions and our staff will do our best to help! Walk-In Tech Help is intended for computer and technology issues/questions that require up to 15 minutes of assistance. Be prepared to wait to be assisted depending on staff availability. This program is appointment-free, and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

Tech Help at the Senior Center

Are you a member of the Schertz Area Senior Center? We hold a walk-in program at the Senior Center library room on the second Monday of every month from 10-11am. This program is appointment-free, and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

One-on-One Tech Help

If you can't make it to our Walk-In program, or if you need more in-depth assistance, we also offer One-on-One Tech Help appointments. Appointments can be scheduled for Monday-Thursday during the library's open hours. Sessions are limited to 30 minutes, and times are based on staff availability. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. See our Tech Help Policy for more guidelines and information.
