What is the Unified Development Code, UDC, and where can I find a copy?

The City’s Unified Development Code, also referred to as the “UDC” is a regulatory document that is adopted by the City that includes development-related rules and regulations.  It includes zoning requirements, subdivision regulations, design and development standards, and permit application review procedures for proposed development within the City corporate limits and ETJ.
